If you are new to the industry, we want to be up front in the fact that becoming an independent contractor travel agent is not an easy “get rich quick” scheme. You are starting your own business through our branding and travel network. It requires great customer service skills, hard work, advertising, and some investment on your part. This is not a MLM opportunity. We are a stand alone, full service agency
Building your own business takes time. As your client list and referrals grow, so does your commission. Travel Agents are compensated monthly after their client’s travel is complete, so you may be putting work in for a travel itinerary that is scheduled months from now. You usually start out slow and build your clientele over time. Helping your clients to make their vacation wishes come true is very rewarding!
We will help support you with individual supplier training and assistance with booking great destinations. We provide you with booking tools to help you create magical family memories for clients. As an independent contractor you will have the flexibility to run your business the way you want to. You set your own hours, generate your clients, and provide them with excellent customer service. You will receive a percentage of the commission earned from your bookings. As your sales grow, you will have the opportunity to apply for travel agent credentials (CLIA and/or IATA) through the agency.

Annual maintenance fees are 150.00 per year. (prorated based on the month that you sign up). The fees cover administrative set up/maintenance.
Agents are required to subscribe to the TESS CRM platform (25.00/month). Commission split is 70%. All agents are paid monthly (electronic transfer) after client travel is completed.
*Annual maintenance fees are waived during the next calendar year for agents who earn 5,000.00 commission in a calendar year.
